Requesting a return

Sends us an email requesting a return, within 14 days after receiving your shipment. Please click the contact button at the bottom of this page

Packing

2. Packing

Pack the product(s) you want to return into a sturdy box. Please make sure the box is suitable for (international) transport to prevent damage during transport.

Shipping

3. Shipping

Shipping has to be arranged and paid by the customer. Please provide us with a track and trace link.

When the return shipment has arrived and is approved by us, we will contact you as soon as possible.

  1. We have a 14-day return policy, please have a look at our terms & conditions for further information.

  2. To request a return/refund, send an email using the contact button at the bottom of this page.

  3. Please fill in the return form on the second page of the returns document and ship the form to us in the same box as the product(s).

  4. The costs of a return shipment always have to be paid by the customer.

  5. Returned products must be unused, undamaged and returned in original packaging in order to receive a full refund.

  6. Please note: used parts and specially ordered parts can’t be returned.

PLEASE NOTE: In order for us to process your return shipment, you have to include the return form, which you can find in your order confirmation. If you have recieved a damaged product you have to send photos of said damage in the email as well so we can prepare for when the return shipment arrives.
