With the introduction of the Next Generation Supersport, Yamaha has introduced a new Supersport model to succeed the YZF-R6. This new model is the Yamaha YZF-R9, which has immediately proven it’s power by helping our Ten Kate Racing team win the 2025 Supersport world championship. Yamaha has produced several high quality parts to upgrade the YZF-R9 and their GYTR line has been expanded with the addition of GYTR parts for the R9. To make the YZF-R9 accessible for racing enthusiasts the Yamaha YZF-R9 GYTR Trackday has been introduced.
The Yamaha YZF-R9 GYTR Trackday is a fantastic option if you don’t want to gamble your budget on a used racing bike or if you don’t want to spend too much money on a racing bike and still have speed and feeling of a world level racer. It is based on the newest Yamaha YZF-R9, and it has been upgraded with several high-quality racing parts from brands like GYTR, Motocarbons, Spider and Gandini. The GYTR TKRP Race kit is for the more advanced trackday rider or starting racers / racing teams. Highlights in this package are fully adjustable Öhlins suspension, including front fork cartridges, a steering damper and a TTX GP rear shock absorber. The brakes are upgraded with high-level Moto-Master front brake discs and an upgraded MWR Airfilter; exactly like we use it on our World Championship winning YZF-R9 bikes! All parts in this package together make a bike that is ready to win!
